hello kindly inform m that is it possible to send ur file without bank statement as my consultant is saying this .he said he will make a note that bank certificate will be send in jan
is it possible
plzzzz rep urgent

Hi Shahban,

Showing Settlement Funds is a very important document that needs to be sent along with your application .. If CIC proesses without it, they will definitely reject the case .. If your consultant can send the document (also adding write up on why the document was not attached earlier) to CIC in time before they start processing your application and again if they acknowledge the receipt of the additional document, then you may be safe

Regards,
Pandu

guys spouse is working in canada still do i need to show proof of fund??sorrry to ask this question again.. :)

As per my knowledge POF is not required for the candidates who have a valid job offer in Canada but the same is applicable only for the main applicant but not for spouse. It would be advisable to send POF just in case even if your spouse is working in Canada.

Rest seniors can confirm.

you must have required funds on the date of sending the application. How can you have a bank letter which is back dated? If consultant is advising to apply without funds statement pay to consultant on receipt of PR .otherwise no payment.

Though people have not reported that immigration officer checked the POF on arrival but I see no harm in carrying the proof just in case they request for the same.

thanks for your reply bro ... so wat u are suggesting is that we carry documentary evidence of the funds being available of actual funds in the form of travellers cheque, bank draft etc
