Dear!!!

It's NOT an online transaction.

So if I used my internet card (Shown as a credit card on my online banking website, with outstanding balance, limits and all that stuff) in addition of asking my bank to authorize international transactions, it won't work :( :( ??

I am a little anxious because I have all the documents and I am going to send them tomorrow. Any Advice?
What happen after I send them? Do I receive a notification? 8)

Regards...
The only advice I can give you is to wake up early and send the docs ASAP.
Notifications of receipt will come only from DHL, TNT, FedEx... never from CIO.

Dear All,

Further to my posts, in which I mentioned my strategy to submit my second application on 18th December, 2014 after getting good result in IELTS.
Thanks God that I have gotten fantastic results in third attempt in my IELTS with L8, R7.5, W7.5, S7 as a result my points for language has jumped up from 19-points previously to 24-points with new IELTS. Now I don't care that what points CIO will assign for my education, whether 20, 21 or 22 all will work fine. As my points will be always above 67-points with new IELTS results.

Now my second application dispatched today, is already on its way (from Doha Qatar) via UPS (as per recommendation of forum members) and second application which is also for NOC-0113, will reach CIO, at around 02:30PM on 24th December as per UPS information.

According to the latest update on 16th December by CIC, applications for NOC-0113 are 227(PER) +178(complete) which means 405-total applications for NOC-0113.

Whereas as per information available on this forum, the latest CC charged is for applications received in end September or beginning October.

Which means still the piles of applications received in 30-days of October, and 30-days of November, and 18-days of Dec, means as of today approximately total of 78-days applications are piled up in CIO cabinets without being touched and opened.

Do you think that my second application parcel will be opened prior to the filling up of CAP for NOC-0113?

Regards,
George

My application was received on October 06 :p It's too late now. According to Google's spreadsheet, my card should be charged between October 10 and January 05. I'll wait and see what will happen.

Thank you anyway :)

Sorry I can't answer that but I have something else to say you. In your profile you said your VO is Santo Domingo but I think it's not.
As per CIC website, economic applications of Dominican Republic are processed in Mexico City, doesn't matter if there is a VO.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/apply-where.asp
The same happens with Cuba. We have a VO that used to process economic applications but this year we are being redirected to Mexico City VO.
If you fix it the statistics will be more accurate.
Let's wait for an answer for you question :)

Oh shoot, i didnt know, i put santo domingo as mi VO, would that get mi app rejected???????????

NOOO it won't be rejected. CIO will assign the right VO for you so don't worry about that. I said that to you to fix the SS and show more accurate information.
The same happened to me. I filled my application with Havana as my VO and it was redirected to Mexico City, I thought I was a lonely case but later I found that starting on September 1st all applications for Permanent Residence from Cuba will be processed there.

Does anyone have an idea why they removed vo from the new generic form?

No idea but that's not to worry about. The application is sent to the applicant's more suitable VO.

I just saw I now have a +1. Thanks to whoever gave me the positive rating. This is the same way CIC will give me a PER. By the way I sent my application via UPS on the 16th of december.
