I have UCI because I applied for WP before ...
I have applied for fswp and my application was received on Sep 5th, and I haven't been charged till now (bank draft) and I haven't received any emails , but when I checked ECAS with my old UCI because I was so desperate... I found that it says "In process" .... What does that mean ????
If any one knows please let me know

Dear Friends,

I am in the process of filling forms under 3112. Been stuck for past few months in gathering documents and so exhausted now. Hope I am not affected by the caps. I have a few questions while filling the forms and need your suggestion.

1. My mother's birth certificate only mentions her given name and no family name. In the Background form, they are asking for mother's family name at birth. What do i write here? If i leave it blank, then i do not meet the condition of filling all sections. Any experienced seniors who faced the same?

2. I have got half a dozen documents translated. However the translator issued me a single affidavit (he wrote that he has translated A-G documents and asked me to write A,B,C....G on the documents. However, while reading the guide i came across this:
Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:

the English or French translation; and
an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
a certified copy of the original document.

What i am getting from this is that each document must be accompanied by an affidavit, however, the translator was confident that one affidavit is enough so he did not give me individual affidavits. Will it be fine?

3. While filling the Sched 3 Economic Classes form, i have a couple of jobs that are less than 1 year. However, there is no space mentioning less than 1 year. What is the way out for this?

You wouldn't see CAS first line UNLESS you had been charged. It's 100%

Please advise, do we need passport of a new born baby if we need to add him/her to the original application. As per previous posts someone mentioned below is required, please guide.

It is not 'may be', it's 100% correct as the CIC site specifically tells what is considered to be a complete application. Moreover, we have received a reply to query from CSU explaining the meaning of complete apps a while ago.

The CIC mail is also not clear on what do they consider as a complete application and without properly charging fees how can
it be said complete and move to the next step of MI review ( which is nothing but PER).

Also one doubt is then how does that explain the case of NOC 2173 , 2174,1112 and all other hot NOC's in the list which is announced as CAP full.
Do you expect there will be 16/8/2 files pending for fee deduction in these NOC's respectively ? absolutely not - they all are after CC/DD charged files
and waiting for PER . I think the same rule applies to all other NOC's also.

its DD ryt? so in my guess it shud be fine ..coz ive seen some forumites posting bout getting uncashed DD notification frm the bank even after gettng their PER..
Its my opinion..... maybe wrong...
