How's your mother name written on her passport? I believe passport have first and last name columns....

Relax, it's still delivered to the Central Registry of CIO.
The average waiting time for PER is 4 months. File a query now to learn the status update in 50 days.

PER: Sep 29, 2014
AOR: Nov 7, 2014
Medical and Passport request together : Nov 19, 2014
Submitted PP to vfs dhaka : Dec 4, 2014

Received PP with PR visa stamp : Dec 18, 2014

Don't worry, spelling mistake will not affect the processing. You will correct it at VO stage.

Then its fine. write her given name in family name section and leave the given name section blank. It will work as i saw many members did the same.
