After seeing 20-Oct people charged .. it seemed game over for ones like me of previous dates left in limbo ? ??? :-[

How on earth its possible my frnd....16 october applicnt f ur same noc got PER today.......another 4011 applicnt f 3 octber is waiting for PER aftr gettin charged...so dnt wrry..urs is on the way
