I also got in a situation that the CC charged was declined on 1st Attempt. I immediately follow up with my bank and make sure that the transaction to be get through, luckily the next attempt on the second day and transaction goes smoothly

Yes, he had the same issue - they made two attempts straight and then went silent. He was freaking out for sometime in the thread and then disappeared. I am unaware if he got CCC eventually. AFAIU, they have some instruction that urges them to try charging three times, so I am not sure why they would stop following it all of a sudden. I would say, that they postponed the third attempt to make sure that you have substantial time to address the problem with the bank.

Whoops...You are right. My bad. How about sending email to their general email address with specific attention to Agent # 3445?

Just in case, it works out.

I did:

reply, and added also search email, only search email went through and I received confirmation email that they received it. the replay email didn't go through... so something went there, we will seee
I think I did what I could, not I need to wait and just keep checking with the bank ... every day until they will charge or will get application back...

Saturday Dec 13-th
10.06am Bank declined
10.09am Bank declined

since that silent...
it is already 5-th day...

Try login your ecas with ur uci
If u can see "in process"
It means they have deducted your dd and 99% u gonna get per soon

If u can't trace ur application on ecas .. It means still they don't encash your DD

Dear All,

Further to my below Email, in which I mentioned my strategy to submit my second application on 18th December, 2014 after getting good result in IELTS.
Thanks God that with the prayers of forum members I have gotten fantastic results in third attempt in my IELTS with L8, R7.5, W7.5, S7 as a result my points for language has jumped up from 19-points previously to 24-points with new IELTS. Now I don't care that what points CIO will assign for my education, whether 20, 21 or 22 all will work fine. As my points will be always above 67-points with new IELTS results.

Now my second application dispatched today, is already on its way (from Doha Qatar) via UPS (as per recommendation of forum members) and second application which is also for NOC-0113, will reach CIO, at around 02:30PM on 24th December as per UPS information.

According to the latest update on 16th December by CIC, applications for NOC-0113 are 227(PER) +178(complete) which means 405-total applications for NOC-0113.

Whereas as per information available on this forum, the latest CC charged is for applications received in end September or beginning October.

Which means still the piles of applications received in 30-days of October, and 30-days of November, and 18-days of Dec, means as of today approximately total of 78-days applications are piled up in CIO cabinets without being touched and opened.

Do you think that my second application parcel will be opened prior to the filling up of CAP for NOC-0113?

I emailed them last friday, december 12 and got my reply today. Actually i didn't ask for my uci number rather i inquired about the status of my application. In their reply, nothing is actually stated. However, written in the subject column is my application number (i just guessed that it was my app number and luckily i was right!) then tried it on ECAS and that's what it showed.

I had completed my MR in Sept only and sent RPRF fees n 10th Oct 2014. However still my third line not updated. Have email to NDVO twice with no reply. My DD is encashed however bank did nt tell when it was encashed., I am little worried.
