PER - 13 Dec

Nothing is wrong with that. However if you insist on getting POD, mail DHL and their third party courier (Loomis Express). They deliver for DHL in NS

Don't worry about it. My proof of delivery wasn't signed either and I got my CC charged so at least I know they received it.

Nothing wrong.... They use a local vendor to deliver the packages to Sydney, Nova Scotia. If you call them and obtain the tracking no. of this local vendor i.e. Loomis Express (starting with Net...), you will be able to see detailed POD on the site of Loomis Express.

No, that's usual with DHL . But you can call them and they will tell you who signed your shipment!

340 are the number of unopened packages of October & November ...... You are in !!! ......... BAZINGA !!

my application reached in December 16th . NOC 1123. cap is already 482+340=822. still 0ctober and November applicants are not charged in this NOC. seems like I am out of the game :'(

Write to DHL regarding signed person. They will give u details. Same happened with me and I got the info from DHL after writing email.
