I am currently filling out schedule A Background/Declaration. For Education (question 7), the space provided is insufficent. What should I do?
1- Should I first fill the space provided and any additional details on an separate sheet?
OR
2- Should I leave the table blank and place ALL details on the separate sheet?

Hi

you can do it either ways.. you can write refer Annex A and put all details on separate sheet

Dear All,

I'm submitting my application tomorrow, however, I noticed that the checklist was updated on the cic website on October 2014.

However, when I open the PDF and check the date in the bottom of the page I still find it updated on August.

I cleared my cash and used many browsers with same results..

Pls advice me

Thanks a lot

very interesting. such contractor would be eligible for fsw program

He is working as a contract employee for company, however he is the permanent employee of the company who pays him for that contract. I think his case needs more inputs from people who applied FSW from similar scenario

Nothing to worry. I am in same boat around 50 days since PER. My assumption is continue treating no news as good news from NDVO as long as it is within tolerance limit and given the fact that last two weeks have been terribly slow here, it is just fine.

I second that, It could be because of the holidays

Hi Friends,

Has any July applicant received MR from NDVO?

Regards,
VJ

None yet. It is a week overdue though given the speed of November. It might spill over to Dec end or Jan beginning now.

hey diplomaru
you are such a fabulous guy
your observations on this forum are really authentic and 100 percent believable.
i have been in canada for the last five years and i know pretty much everything we talking about other than the immigration law points :P
i have seen in this forum so many ignorant guys talking balony about things they have no clue about with EB points...
and too many repetitions of questions where people too lazy to look back and browse a few pages.
too many people using utterly disgusting nasty creepy words to show their standards over an international forum.
i sincerely thank you so much for your timely reply to all our forum members.
lol you are excellent brilliant smart fantastic fabulous awsome amazing person
keep it up

I don't have access to the spreadsheet in office..can you please check my name near these 2 guys.. :D ;D..

218 days no file transfer no processing started no MR :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

Hi khigal! Never lose hope. Due to the large number of applications there seem to have a longer leadtime especially from PER to MR. It averages from 5-6 mos from submission of docs to Visa issuance for the most May applicants but would seem to be 7 to 8 or 9 months for the June.

Continue to pray, hope and dont worry. Worry is useless. God is merciful and hears our prayers :-) -Father Pio

Hi Buddy, you can refer to my post on 1027. I don't know if it would be helpful in your case but thought sharing with you.

However in your case i believe it should be your employer (on whose pay scale you are working) should be giving the reference letter.

Can someone in similar stage help our friend here please.

All the best :)

Yes, that is correct. I have obtained reference letter from my employing company who has provided me the offer letter and in the reference letter it is mentioned that I am a permanent employee of my company however I am deployed at their client's location i.e. IT company that I actually work for.
