I understand that 330 is under 483. I think in simple words we can say that 330 has passed completion check but not given PER yet.vk2410 said:Dear Seniors
Please suggest .. on the CIC cap Update .. My NOC is 4011 ..
I am unable to understand the current numbers mentioned ..
The first line says .. Number of Applications counted towards the 1000 sub cap .. 483 ..
and the 2nd line says Pending Application (Complete Applications waiting for MI acceptance Review) .. 330 ..
and the mentioned date is November 19th ..
Does that mean that on November 19th the Total Applications received is 483 or 813 (483 + 330) ..
I am tensed as my application reached on 3rd December .. So I am not sure if I will be in the Cap or not ..
Please suggest ..
Tx ..

638 INR service fee per passport
Reached VFS at 9.05am and was out by 9.30am, very few people were there.
As per them average time to get passports back is around 10 working days.
I opted to pick up passports by hand, they gave option to send by courier as well.
At the VFS, they have a separate internet kiosk to help people people fill up the forms. This is of course a chargeable service.
They will send email notification when passports will be ready to be collected from the VFS. I am expecting it somewhere around December end.
We have 3 more PPR reported yesterday.. so in Total 7 PPR from SS.. Hope the count increases day by day.. Shakti123 is the last person to report PPR from NDVO..sarkar13 said:Thanks CanadianLov3 +1 to you too.

Thanks but that's another different form i.e. IMM5669 - Schedule A Background / Declaration in which separate line is given. But my concern is with IMM5406 - Additional Family InformationDiplomatru said:There is a special field for spelling the name in native language on that form.

I know you have to be patient, but spreadsheet says PERs are already processing up to Sep 8th.
Thoughts?
When you press enter you will have a second line beneath the name that you can use for that purpose. But you can totally skip it. It's not a big deal.dhruvil369 said:Thanks but that's another different form i.e. IMM5669 - Schedule A Background / Declaration in which separate line is given. Dear, I didn't get your question however pls let me know a Contractor is eligible to apply under the current system or not?...Diplomatru said:What kind of contractor does 40 hours a week for 1 year?
Thank you very much for your reply,Diplomatru said:I know applicants who stayed in US for 5 months and were still requested to submit PCC. Leving the country and going back to comply with immigration formalities is called 'flag polling' and CIC are no idiots, so you will have to adhere to their request. Once they request the certificate, use that email to apply for CPR PCC from the Chinese Police HQ or the ministry. CIC website would have more information on CPR PCC application process.
Oct 21 too,DD also very nervous after reading this...congrats friend!sarkar13 said:Dear all, I am so happy! I just received my PER. I am shaking with happiness. Thanks all for this wonderful forum.
My timeline and info for reference:
Application received date October 16, 2014
NOC 4011
DD cashed on December 12, as per PER email, with payment receipt number
PER received December 17, as per PER email.
Things that made me worried:
- contract does not include detailed job duties, just as per government regulations
- the reference letter from my supervisor is not bulleted and job duties did not stand out clearly but blended in other non-essential things
- i only included job letter from my previous job which is under Noc 4011, and nothing for other 2 jobs i did before and doing now. I just mentioned them in Schedule 3
Good luck to everyone! Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy
WoW +1 for that.
I am October 22, 2014 applicant. NOC 4011 ModeD.
Nervously waiting for my turn.
All the best to everyone waiting to be charged specially to all October applicants.
Dear, in my opinion contractor is not a company employee but rather a third party, who is payed to complete some work under the provisions of a temporary contract. If he is doing this work for at least 30 hours a week (as per CIC requirements) throughout a calendar year he is eligible to apply as FSW.Cool_India said:Dear, I didn't get your question however pls let me know a Contractor is eligible to apply under the current system or not?...
