PER - Oct 24th
Second line update - 10th December

Now when should i expect MR mail?

Hey SK,

As you mentioned it takes 20 days for file transfer but no AOR.. So, is there any way to confirm if file is transfered or not?
Do we get any update in ECAS?

Hey Buddy,

Unfortunately there is no good way other than sending a CSE to NDVO (Not preferable). We get 2nd line added only once they start processing our application. As per the SS, Current trend is 50 days.

Make sure you entered the rignt information. What are you using file number or UCI?
Family name without first name?
Date of birth same sequence?
Family name as written on passport ?

I enter all as following

1) enter UCI number without - sign
2) Surname/Family Name: Sidhu Navjot Singh,but appear on letter Navjot Singh Sidhu
3) DOB as appear on doc

Dear Forumites,

Just wanted to get your expert advise on below.

One of my friends got PER on 30th Oct,he is July 3rd applicant, visa office NDVO.Still awaiting MR from NDVO

His consultant told him that MR from NDVO will get delayed as they are launching express entry and once express entry comes in then FSW will get only second priority? Is that true?

So the trend is 2 PPR in November...4 in December... Don't know in January it will be 2+2+2 or 4*2 ... So we all will get PPRs in next few years... Sorry for bad joke guys...
Don't know what trend NDVO is going to follow.. Security checks should also not take this much time that too for 98% of applicants.. Sec. checks may be lengthy for 5-10% but this delay is for sure not due to sec check..

2132 October applicants waiting is a bit tense especially that CIC trend over the last few weeks did not help for predictions like the elapsed months.
I really can't guess whether 2132 October applicants are still in the race or which period of October. The sudden jump for 3012 from 613 to 1000 in just one shot was a big surprise.

Can anybody guess something logical in this ?

How many days would the NDVO be closed for Christmas?? Does any one have the calendar for the same? I hope they are only working 5 days a week, but ECAS update I think I have it online on a Saturday. Little confused about the working days. I think the Christmas Holiday schedule will might help us ..

I mean if it is a UCI you have to choos this option. If its is a file number, you should choose this option from the drop down menue. It will make a difference.
Family name shoud be as they have it. I mean without a first name.
DOB : YEAR- mONTH- Day.
