I received my PPR but before I can help, you need to shed in more details. What is your application date? When you got your Medicals and when was your third line updated?

I am a 21st May Applicant and my VO is NDVO. Got the Medical Request on 3rd Nov and done the Medicals on 6th Nov. Got PPR on 12th Dec.

Hi Sriram,

Congrats on ur PPR. Do you have any idea how your application received PPR well ahead of many other applicants who applied before you and who finished meds well before you? Are there any facts about your application that you think that made it easier for the review officer to make the decision faster???

Regards...

[size=10pt]Hi
I am waiting for medical request from NDVO.

In the mean, I need to prepare for India and USA PCC (India PCC was submitted with application too).
USA PCC is from September 2014 or so which I received after my package was sent.

When the request for PCC comes, how old can it be?

As per http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/intro.asp
It says PCC should not be older than 3 months - is that correct?

I might have to get a fresh one for USA and that process alone might take 1+ month.

Thanks a a lot for your below comments. And i think that your interpretation looks very solid to me. And this clause of which says "One post secondary one of which three years long study", I didn't apply at previously. As per this clause I am sure that certainly I shall get 22-points. I have already written to WES and they have put status of my application as "FILE UNDER REViEW". But it seems that it has become a matter of 'N0W OR NEVER' for me. Because as per the new system of "Express Entry", I shall just score 312 out of 1200. That is why if i shall get better IELTS score, I shall send second application otherwise if IETLS score is not more then 19, there is no reason to send the second application. And in that case the only thing that i shall be able to do is to send the ICAS, or CES report as addendum to claim 23-points for my education because that is hundred percent sure that my MPhil is equivalent to Canadian Masters by ICAS and CES and some of my classfellows who also did same MPhil has received ECA with Canadian Maters equivalent from CES and ICAS.

In order to qualify for 22 points, you have to have at least TWO post-secondary credentials, ONE OF WHICH is for at least three-year long study.
So, even with those weird conjunctions, you are left with AT LEAST Bachelor's (four years) — your credentials NN 2, 4, 5, AND Diploma (two years) — your credential N 3.
This gives you 22 points for education.

I don't have any prove, but I am convinced that CIO does not simply look at education summary in the report. There is no mention of education summary in OP-6!

Did you call to WES to sort this out?

You can avoid double payment by simply withdrawing your money from your credit card if your first app is successful. Your card will be empty, there will be nothing to charge and your second app will return straight back to you. In case you use CREDIT cards in your country, simply instruct your bank to decline your payment or block your card.

I don't see any sense in a actions 2 and 3.

Wish you all the luck with your IELTS and you application, first or second, whatever!

Thank you Avinir, Goku, Lopi, amitgoyal_ec, Ratan, Diplomatru, vi2, LittleOwl, CanOl, sk1984indian, Johnny31 and niagracalling for your warm wishes!

God Bless you all ! :)

No idea buddy. I should be extremely lucky or NDVO is wiered.

I never travelleved anywhere out of the country. And I had only two reference letters. Most recent one was a MNC. May be that made the processing simple.

I think you are correct Sriram. my application received on may 20 and medical received on OCt 28 but still no Passport request . i have been to Uk and stayed there for 4 years and i think they take more time to check with my company i worked with in UK and in India also even though i submitted PCC from UK they might take extra time for security checks.. still hope i will get soon :( .. please pray for all of us not received ..

Hi Friends,

Please clarify my questions

1) I got PER on 18-Nov. My passport has been renewed and now I got new passport with new passport number too. I believe I should carry passport along with me to the hospital for Medical Request. In that case, do hospital allow me with new passport details ?? If not, then I think I should share my new passport details with NDVO well in advance before I get MR. So that NDVO can share the MR documents with updated Passport details. Right ??? Please clarify

2) Can anyone please share the process to be followed (step by step) after we receive MR/RPRF/PCC email from VO. It would help many of them in the forum who are waiting for MR

Thanks in advance !!

Pandu

and the new passport details to vo immediately now.
Once you receive MR, fix an appointment with any panel physician and get the Medicals done. Get a copy of the MR form acknowledged by the physician and send it along with rprf form. Also include DD or online payment receipt and if pcc is asked, attach it too. In case any other docs are asked for attach them as well.

Indeed.... Luck Simplified !!!!! :) :)

Many Congrats Sriram !
