Hi dsrk,

Quoting below the info I got from a forum member reg Dubai Pcc.
Hope this helps!

1) Go to CID dept. (near Al Mulla Plaza) - (Time 8 AM - 2 PM for application)
2) Take your passport copy, visa copy and Emirates ID card copy and 1 photo with you
3) CID Officer will fill the form himself on computer and will give you print out. Just inform him you need the PCC in English language and for Canada Migration.
4) He will take 210 AED (cash only) and will give you print out to collect the PCC on particular date.
5) Go after 3 days of that given date (because it never gets ready on that date) and collect PCC from same place (collection can be done at anytime .... it's open 24 hrs

Wonderful information. Thank you so much :) +1 :)

If you are talking about sending your initial application, then it has to be sent direcly to Canada (Address specified in the Instruction Guide). Further communciations like MR or supporting documents will be to the local Visa office. You will be instructed in the email on where to send.

But again initial application should be sent to Canada irrespective of where you live.

Thanks for your reply.

one more query if u can plz help me in DD (whose favour I need to make the DD & we are two people)?

*From the below if I have suggested for any additional documents which were not really asked means that's my suggestion only. I have suggested processing the file in a smoother way. Please ignore if not applicable

Hi Pandu
For your medicals you need to take an appointment from the listed CIC doctor's panel. (Avoid drink minimum 72 hours if you have the habit). This will never happen but heads up....make sure not to argue with the doctor.

Post your medicals get the following documents;
• DD on behalf of Canadian High Commission (Write your full name. File Number/Passport No behind. I suggest DD is the best option)
• Request letter (*this is the one which you get to provide list of documents from CIO NDVO.)
• New Passport bio pages with attestation
• PCC: Original (if you did not apply yet apply now)
• Medical Receipts (Original)
• Covering letter (e.g. as below)

Thank you !!!!! ;D .. Can you also please clarify below two questions for me

We are three - me, my wife and kid (1 year old) .. I think RPRF is to be paid only for me and my wife.. hence it would be 490+490 CAD..Can you please let me know whether RPRF fee (online payment) to be paid in Canadian dollars or Indian rupees ? If Indian rupees, what is the amount to be paid ?

Yes only for you two adults. The exchange rate will be applied for that date if you are paying online via your bank or cc company. If you opt to pay through dd you'll have to make a DD in INR and the rate will be again given in a link included in the MR mail. Recently it was INR 26700 per applicant and as always no fee for minors.

I remember passport size photos are again requested during MR request. Can i use the same photos that I have used while sending in my application or do I have to get recent photos again ? I don't think.they will request your photos. Didn't request to me I can say. Onlynplace your photos will be requested in my opinion is to a panel physician if he is not e-medical enabled. If you are going for an e-medical centre then no need for photos. If your are being requested to enclose your photos then you have to take new ones as they want ones which are less than 6 months old and the ones which you gave at the time of your application must be more than 6 months old.
Thanks,
Pandu

As per the payment form, DD should be Payable or in favour of THE RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA.

Refer to Step 2 under http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5620E.pdf
