For your medicals you need to take an appointment from the listed CIC doctor's panel. (Avoid drink minimum 72 hours if you have the habit). This will never happen but heads up....make sure not to argue with the doctor.
Post your medicals get the following documents;
• DD on behalf of Canadian High Commission (Write your full name. File Number/Passport No behind. I suggest DD is the best option)
• Request letter (*this is the one which you get to provide list of documents from CIO NDVO.)
• New Passport bio pages with attestation
• PCC: Original (if you did not apply yet apply now)
• Medical Receipts (Original)
• Covering letter (e.g. as below)
