Hi,

Can you please let me know the answer of following queries.

1- After the online payment of RPRF fees, on the generated receipt Payer's Name is auto populated; which in my case, is my spouse name (While Prime Applicant is me). So my query is for other details, which I need to enter in the same receipt (like Client ID/ Address) should be mine? Should be principle applicants information.

2- Can we do the registry or Speed Post from Indian Post Office to Delhi Immigration office? If they provide that service than why not?

Thanks in Advance!!!

I am so upset >:( >:( >:( >:(

CIC tried to charge me twice on Saturday at 10.03 & 10.06am, my stupid bank declined it twice - of course I called them before to authorize this transaction... they still declined twice.

Now they assured the transaction will go through... I worry so much if CIC will try again, os my bank will run it...

OMG I can't stand it >:( >:(

@Grace1978 - You should check your international transaction option is enabled or not.
Also, check what is your international transaction limit.

My bank had also told me everything is fine, but my transaction was still declined. So you have to ask right questions to the bank and they will be able to provide you these answers. Also, some banks provide both of these settings in the net banking account. Cross check there.

My friend may I know what ate the reasons of rejection after charge......

It's highly unlikely to get rejected after getting charged but it's not impossible. First stage is completion check, where a more junior guy decides whether to return your app or process it. Once he decides to process it (because he's satisfied with documents and forms etc.), first thing he does is charges the fee. Once that is done, your file goes to an authorized signatory person who signs and approves your PER.

In most cases if your file does not meet criteria then it gets returned without charging. But in rare cases, senior person disagrees with the person who charged your card and refuses to sign and authorize your PER which is when you get file back even after getting charged. There are no fixed reasons to return file after charging, it could be simply due to an error in judgement during completion check stage. If junior person by mistake gave you more points in some section then your application qualifies and if that gets detected before PER then that's strong enough reason to get file returned.

Congrats and plus 1 too :)
Great week start :)

2- Can we do the registry or Speed Post from Indian Post Office to Delhi Immigration office? Use Blue dart and do not mention PO box no in adress. Blue dart takes just 72 hrs to deliver.

Thanks in Advance!!!

I just sent CIC/CIO this e-mail. Do you think there is a chance to get this to happen? Do you agree with this suggestion?

Mr./Ms. CIC Representative,

I have sent my application for FSW 2014 which has reached your office on October 10th.

I recently wrote to you in order to ask for my UCI but probably due to the high volume of e-mails you have been receiving I haven't received a reply yet.

However, this time, I would like to address a different subject. Even though my application has not been returned to me, I do believe my suggestion is in the best interest of everyone involved in FSW 2014.

Since FSW 2014 will end on December therefore not even lasting a full year (Started April/May) and the overall 25000 cap is nowhere near being completed, would it be possible for CIC/CIO to accept applications from people that got their application package back for any reason (missing signature, any document, etc.) if they included the letter from CIC which states the reason?

I do believe that would be welcomed by everyone throughout the world since EE 2015 changes the rules dramatically.

This is just an overall suggestion and again thanks for the opportunity that FSW represents for people searching for a better place to live and where their skills can be useful.

My best Regards,
Daniel Coutinho
