@ Grace1978 - You should check your international transaction option is enabled or not.
Also, check what is your international transaction limit.
My bank had also told me everything is fine, but my transaction was still declined. So you have to ask right questions to the bank and they will be able to provide you these answers. Also, some banks provide both of these settings in the net banking account. Cross check there.

I want sample for non availability of birth certificate, dual name with change of name after marriage,affidavit for dual name of father and also covering letter for fsw . Can anyone hlep me for that .......... my file is returned as incomplete does not upadate ss not able to do this ............plz update wanna apply gain what should be the last date to reach the file...........

1. I had sent the PCC with my application. The PCC was recently issued when I applied. What are the changes of NDVO asking for a fresh PCC with MR and RPRF requests?

2. Does it make sense for me to apply for fresh PCC and keep it ready now (in case they ask for it)?

3. I had two sets of PCC and I had sent one set with my application. In case NDVO asks for PCC, can I provide the other set which I already have(it is 5 months old now)? or will I need a fresh one?

No you don't have to include it. Being Common Law partners and Being married are two different things.

I am so upset

CIC tried to charge me twice on Saturday at 10.03 & 10.06am, my stupid bank declined it twice - of course I called them before to authorize this transaction... they still declined twice.

Now they assured the transaction will go through... I worry so much if CIC will try again, os my bank will run it...

Take an appointment (http://passportindia.gov.in/AppOnlineProject/welcomeLink) and visit them. If your Current Indian residence is same as mentioned in your passport, they will issue you two sets of PCC letter on the same day.
