Hi eveyone...I got PER on 25th Nov.Now I am waiting for MR mail..last week my Newzealand residence visa got approved..can anyone tell me how to inform ndvo abt this..will it affect my canada visa process in any negative way??

There is no such rule that you should inform abt ur visa approval to other countries. Unless you travel to that country before ur PR is issued there is no point. Even if u are going for a short visit for less than 6mnths u dont need to inform them. Also, if it is permanent resident kind of visa, dont mention, it gives a negative impression to the officer.

Only one thing u are suppose to inform officer is change of profession, if u do, mention saying that u r going for visit to NW and had to quit job. But, if it is leave period dont mention. (More than six months stay before, getting PPR will make u to get PCC from NW)

How many total PPR till date from NDVO for FSW 2014 ?

5 as per SS although there is some debate on the credibility of 2 PPR updates. One can keep that aside for the moment and wait for more PPR updates.

Its depends on application to application... If you stayed in a country other than your home country for more than 6 months continuously then CIC will do background check in that nation and based on the replies from those agencies they are doing on behalf of CIC... In one previous post somebody mentioned those people staying middle east/gulf is getting slowly....(In case of NDVO)....this could be due t o delaying in replying by those orgs in those countries.... people without any previous travel history will get it soon since those steps are waived off for them.....am i right?

My ECAS showing 4th line "Decision Made". No PPR received yet
