One of my friends is still waiting from last 3 months...he got PER in september...
Usually 10-12 days for MR after second line update...

Just go to passport office (I have gone to one in saligramam) by taking an appointment....I was taking it for my spouse her address on passport was different from the current residential address.....the next day after the application they sent it to local police office for verification check and the whole process was very smooth and could get the PCC in 1.5 weeks. I received the PCC last friday without any hassles.

Dear Niko13... there is no doubt that we'll get the PER's.. but only thing is the waiting .. which is killing..dayin and day out..

mostly let's see as our frnds told me hope to rcve PER in couple of days..
