Someone shouls assist with these questions:
Am alittle confused on these questions--

1. Generic application form No 13c- am I to write my spouse maiden name as her family name or my family name that she is currently using?

2. I have seen my draft WES ECA report and only my MBA was accessed, shouild I add the BSc certifcate, and Diploma when submitting to CIC?

3. Is it the original POF that will be submitted or photostat copies?

Hi,

My friend received PER on 5th Dec and he resigned on the very same day from his existing Job. He is not intending to get employed and is serving his notice period of two months. Going by the timelines he should receive his MR by February first week (god willing). He will be relieved by his existing company by Feb 15th 2015 and is expected to receive his relieving papers then.

Question is: When does he intimate NDVO? Should he do it straight away or after he completes the relieving formalities?

Looking forward to suggestions!

PCC are generally valid for 1year regardless of when they are issued. Note: If you are including your police certificates with your application to the CIO, please ensure that your certificates were not issued more than three months earlier. Police certificates are generally valid for 12 months from the date they are issued. However, if a final decision is not made on your application before the expiry of your police certificate, the visa office may request that you provide a new one. From Guide 7000

I want to ask you about this issue
What is your idea about the rate of completeness of any NOC at final updates.
Actually I think after collecting the whole number of documents with some inner regulation in CIC they decide to alarm people about avoiding sending new file, but there are past files which the process of analyze is not finished yet.
I think after reaching 1000 in any NOC, there is other chance to get acceptance for whom has sent his document sooner till the message is coming about rejection!
What is your opinion?

Please help sidhurose to sort out his following query

"I applied in Quebec federal skilled worker program in march 2014.n got my file no after 3months nothing else till now then federal skilled worker program opened and I applied in it too n got my federal skilled worker file no after 4months on November 10.when I checked my federal skilled worker application status on CIC site it was showing in process at that time but now its showing we cannot find you. Why? Have they closed my federal skilled worker file? Should I send a closing application to Quebec? If yes how much time will it take to close my Quebec case?"

Dear forumites, a friend of mine is in a pretty much the same situation:
applied QSW, got file number, sent FSWP application, now waiting for CC charge.
Do any one of you have an idea on when QSW application should be withdrawn in case one has also applied for FSWP?

Yes, Your PCC must have been accepted which was sent along with your application. You do not have to send another one unless asked by them specifically

Go to this URL : https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/order.do?category=8 for RPRF online payment. Follow the instructions online.

If you are single applicant, Include 1 in the box and continue.

If you have dependents above 18 years of age .. It will 1 + no. of dependents accompanying

For example : If you have 2 dependents above 18 years. Your count will be 490 * 3

Once the payment is successful, Take a print out of it and send it along with MR Acknowledgement receipt or slip that you will get after MR is done by panel doctors. Send them to NDVO through bluedart.
