Hi seniors,

If the documents will be dispatched on 25th of december , then it will be received by CIC in the first week of January 2015 ( Confirmed from all the delivery agents like DHL , FedEx, UPS etc .. And there will be a significant delay due to the holidays ) . Will that be acceptable by CIC , as the IELTS result report will be received on 25th ... please advice ...

I think you are referring to passport bio pages and not PPR.

Yes, if there are any changes in any of your family passports who are part of fsw2014 then yes you need to send new passport bio pages which you already did.

Hi I have learnt from forum that request of passport bio page photocopy is called ppr1 and actual passport request for stamping is called ppr2!! So iam already cleared. Thanks for ur inputs!!

Correct me if i am wrong, they rejected your application because you were not able to reach 67 points mark, even with 9 years of experience which they acknowledged?

Hi, No apparently they see my application as incomplete and did not even make it to to the 67 points part.That is why they are refunding my fees. They did not acknolwedge any of my translating experience.

you just have to fill all necessary forms that will include the child as it is an additional dependant to the principle applicants and kn that your proof of fund money will increase too.

Just for confirmation, I need help of another person to review what I am sending to NDVO for the Medicals and RPRF proof. Here are the details I am sending after completing Medicals and paying RPRF:

Mail from NDVO for Medicals and RPRF.
IMM 1017E Signed by the Panel Physician(Copy).
Bill of Medicals received from the Hospital.
RPRF Online Payment Receipt.
Copy of Passport.

That's all I need to send right?

Is it mandatory to send bill of medicals received from hospital or only IMM 1017E Signed by the Panel Physician(Copy) is sufficient along with other 3 items?

You mean sending application with IELTS... I doubt because that is the necessary document for the application and sending as an addendum is quite risky.

There is still some doubt in all the forum members whether FSWP will be available in January or not.

Dear collegue, I'm very sorry to hear this. Could you please elaborate a little, because I did not quite understand your situation (I myself am a freelancer, and year of my freelance may come to play important role in my case). You have 10 years of translation experience, 1 of which as a freelance translator, and your file was returned because of that one year? What about the rest 9 years? It doesn't make sense to me. Thanks!

I have 10 years of experience in translation of which I obtained over 100,000 words translation in the 3 reference letters from my clients (3 years on 1 ref. letter and 2 years if added up). They did not accept any of the years. As for other experiences, they stated in the letter that they did not even consider it. As mentioned above, as my file is deemed incomplete, they did not even look at other experience letters.
