Completeness check is done before CC charging / DD encashment. Only if app is complete, then the charging / encashment is done. Else app is returned back by snail mail.

Hope you have mention your UCI number. They might attache the updated documents and process your MR request.

You can mail them first week of January for mentioning AWB#.

Need a help to understand the process.

1) Can somebody share the link for paying RPRF Fees online for NDVO
2) How much does Medical check cost for me, spouse and a 4 year old kid? can the same be paid by card or only cash is accepted?
3) can somebody share guidelines on how to send documents to NDVO for Medical check , PCC

This is important for me to know in advance as i received PER on 18th Nov and now awaiting precious email from NDVO.

"On Completeness check" is what we can gather based on CIC mails to few applicants.
