Hello Freinds,
Me and my wife dont have Birth Certificate. But we have 10th certificate as proof of DOB. It has Applicant name, DOB, Father name and Mother name.
Can anybody share format of affidavit which is to be attached with 10 certificate for not providing Birth Certificate ?
Also, please tell me, whose signature is required on this affidavit ?

Dear Seniors,

My son is Diabetic Type - 1.
Would that be a problem in medical examination?

Regards,

Dude, Sorry to say 2174 is the first NOC capped. Your application should have been sent back by snail mail.

If 10th certificate has candidate name, DoB, father/mother name, it should suffice. However, sending an affidavit from respective parents of both of you will be a safe bet. Approach any notary official and he can provide you one. Any format will do and should be signed by both mother and father. Good luck!

Noc 2132 cap 624, on the other side a candiate has posted that his file got return due to cap full his date of application is 9oct bit seems to be fake

Friends,

I updated my details in the Spread Sheet.
My NOC 2174 is capped already. Don't know whether my application is accepted or not.If my application is sent back, when should i again apply for FSWP? :( I am upset right now

Dear Friends,

I received my PER on 8th October. On the last Friday 2nd line added in ECAS as my application started processing from 2nd DEC. My application received date is 12th June. I saw people started getting MR email from NDVO whose application received date is later than mine. Do I need to send an enquiry mail to VO office. I am bit worried ???. Do someone please tell me is my interview waived off. Thanks for your response.

Hi Skarim,

the medical is showing any medical problems that will affect the community, so diabetes is nothing that can be transmitted.
