You are absolutely right. If I shall get 21-points, I shall end up with total of 66 points and if I shall get 22-points based on total of four post-secondary education credentials, and out of these four two educational credentials are two year diploma each, and one is three years bachelor degree and one is four year bachelor degree.
Although I have already appeard in IELTS and the result is expected on 18th Dec,2014. Hope if I shall get 20-points in IETLS, I shall send another application to get out of this anxiety and uncertainity, on 18th of Dec.2014. my NOC has just recieved 148 applications. I know that my both of applications will get charged by CIO, but I can not afford risk at this stage and I must do it. I have all of my documents ready with me.
Although I have already drafted a strong letter explaining the whole situation that how WES has committed a blunder by equating my MPhil in Business Administration degree which is 18-years of schooling equal to Canadian Bachelor Degree, and similarly they declared my MCS equal to Canadian Bachelor-3-Years which is also unfair. MCS is 16-years of education and was supposed to be equal to Canadian Bachelor-4-Years, and similarly MPhil is 18-years of education and was supposed to be equal to Canadian Masters degree. Dispite of long fight and approximatley 200-email messages and fax messages and several hours of call waiting, WES remained rigid and refused to change and revise the ECA. This all story I have explained in one letter with title "Expalantory Notes About my ECA". Do you think that CIO will read this explanatory letter or they will simply ignore it?
Because in reality my MPhil is equivalent to Canadian Masters. I have evidence from approximately severn Canadian Government offical sources, including IQAS, ICAS, CES. But at this stage when I received my ECA I don't have time to get ECA from ICAS or CES. Some of my classfellows with the same MPhil degree as i hold, applied thorugh ICAS and CES had gotton their MPhil equivalent to Canadian Masters Degree. I have raised also this issue in my letter with title "Explanatory Notes on ECA" to CIO.
You can see that a person who was supposed to get Canadian Masters equivalency and was supposed to be rewarded 23-points, is put in such a situation by blunderous attitude of WES that he is looking that at least he be rewarded for his two bachelor degrees. Even WES did not mention that I have two Bachelor degree in the Summary of Equivalency.
Anyhow it will all depend on my IELTS result on 18th Dec,2014. If unfortunately I did not score 20 then it will all depend on CIO officers reading of my "Explantory Notes on CIO" and rewarding me at least 22-points. Although I have requested them to give me 23-points for education.
Request feedback of respectable readers about my above case.
Thanks and best regards,
George.
