Can anyone tell me how much time it will take to obtain PCC from Ahmedabad from PSK?
Also do we need PVC OR PCC?
Because local commissioner office people also provides or do we need to obtain from PSK?

Last date of fee charging for NOC 2131 is September 11, 2014. After that no CC charging for NOC 2131. What does it mean, if this NOC is capped out or the team responsible for processing of this NOC is on vacations.

Yes you will make it. I dont think it will be capped until end of the year. Unlike the other IT nocs where you can apply for 2171,2173 and even 2174 due to jd overlaps,dba is very different from the others and i think other 217* apps who were capped cannot just apply to 2172.

I m so glad to post here that finally I got PER email today. File was reached there on 4th Sep and got PER on 11th Dec.
I m not an active member of this forum but can see that people are doing great work by helping each others. I am so excited and worried too. I have some quiries if anyone can guide me, I didn't submit PCC of my and my spouse with application so should I have to sent it now? Other thing is my spouse recently got PR of country of residence so, also need to send it now?
Please need guidance

Why would it be the 19th? Offices have to remain open in non-holiday days. So the applications would be accepted until the last work-day in 2014.
