I don't know where you are. I am in Canada on study visa, my wife was given UCI but my 2 kids were not given so I am talking from experience. I have renewed our visa twice before submitting PR application in these 3 occasion including application for PR my children do not have UCI. I am not giving out false info.

When I applied I was in Canada, Now I am In India.
Please check visa issued to your kids, You will find UCI number there.
and it remains same for each Individual for entire life.

Latest charging is October... If things will go with us.. November up to first week of December are safe... But I really I hope...

Dear comrades,

If you are unsure about your cap chances with 3012 take a minute to request status update from CIO. Although you will receive a reply in 50 days, it would still be beneficial, because you will either learn of your file transfer in case everything goes well, or the date of your application sent back in case it doesn't. Still better than nothing. Good luck to everyone!

Has anyone confirmed news about the last date of receiving applications at CIO. Because end of the year holidays are approaching.

is it 19th December, 2014 as mentioned in some of the sources?

OR someone will be present in CIO office to receive applications till 31st of Dec,2014?.

If someone has confirmed news please share in this regard.

When did your application was receive at CIO? That NOC code was the first one to get capped.
