Make sure too choose the correct NOC full NOC are below

2171 Information systems analysts and consultants

2174 Computer programmers and interactive media developers

2173 Software engineers and designers

My NOC is 0911

You can submit 10th certificate along with an affidavit. I had submitted an affidavit and had used Rs. 50 stamp paper.

You can get it printed as well if you want, there is no clear specifications as such for this. If you can arrange for an NAC (Non Availability of Birth Certificate) from local authority of your birth place, it will be an added advantage. Will message you the content of an afffidavit.

I also need this type of affidavit as i am sending 10th marksheet as my DOB proof.
Please send me content of affidavit.
