hi Seniors please help, its urgent!

I am about to send my application tomorrow, need just few clarifications!

1) letter of reference to be submitted in original or just photocopies! photocopies
2) Proof of fund to be submitted in original or photocopy!original preferred[i did do]
3) I received my ECA report fron WES today, but they have mentioned my name as l. but my name is Sumitpal singh as there is no surname in my Passport and education certificates. will this creat any problem? not an issue..its at WES end
4) I am confused about where to send my application as there are three addresses mentioned in the guide IMM 7000 and I am planning to send the package through courier. by courier for all categories:

I got PER today, ;D ;D ;D ;D I m also 18 aug, DD candidate SBI India, NOC 2132,
Bank said today my DD is not encashed :-\ :-\, by evening I got PER mail with DD encashment date of 17 Nov.

So Just check ur mail inbox, spam mails..

and as per govt notice we have to make machine readable so i renewed my wife pp but pp no is different.
