Thanks for sharing! I need an advice: my application reached to CIO on November 27, 2014. But in my package I did not include my police check (neither back home or in Canada, I am studying in Canada). I did so because I didn't want to bother my family to get it for me. May I ask when I should get the police check done so that it will not delay the process?

This will not delay the processing of your application please.
Your local visa office will request for it when the time comes.

Thanks for reply! You mean that the police check is not something I will have to mail them separately? I think I will need to prepare them while they are reviewing my application and send to CIO when they are asking for them?
