can my relatives in Canada present themselves as my sponsors ....n their back stats as proof for settlement funds .....

No, the settlement funds should be in your name or in your dependent's name (Spouse).

nope! only thing they can do to help you is transfer money to account ON YOUR NAME (or your accompanying spouse), and you need to turn in a copy of the bank statement with YOUR NAME on it with enough money to support you/your family

In my knowledge, that would be possible in sponsorship application and not in FSW application. For FSW, only the funds on your or your spouse's name are considered.

Hi People,

I submitted my application on 19th Nov. as per DD mode.......but haven't sign the FEE PAYMENT FORM, since there wasn't any option to sign it if you were choosing the DD option.....Is it safe or was it really needed to be signed in any case whether you choose DD or CC?

Please help...

Don't worry, you are safe. If you pay by DD, there is no need to sign the fee payment form. Signing is only for payers by credit cards.

good to hear that.. for me, it always says that lines are busy once the i reach the section of talking with executive..which number you are dialing?

Yea hopefully.. I got my UCI# from call center yesterday but till now it isn't showing anything. As a September applicant already reported PER, i am also hopeful to receive email within a week time. Best of luck to you :) .

Thanks. Did you apply after receiving PCC request? How many days you were given ad deadline from VO?

You should apply for your PCC ASAP. I suggest to apply from Commisioner office than PSK since your Passport and Current address are different.

Me to Passport and Current address different. Applied from PSK (3 weeks gone), still no PCC, even after follow ups.

One of the worst situations of my life. The worst :(
