Has any one recently received MR under NOC 2281?
I think it been long, that NDVO has not issued any MR for NOC 2281 Applicant???

after PER, second line appears with stats as " Application received" which indicated that you can expect MR after that...

In status it says "In Process"

Application Date : 05-SEP-2014
CC Charge Date : 05-DEC-2014

What does it show in ECAS after getting PER?

Raise a CSE after 10-15 days and inform your VO about the change of job. Apply to reissue your daughter's passport asap and update the new passport details to NDVO.

My wife is the main applicant and for settlement funds my father has shown his funds on our name with a Affidavit stating that these funds can be used by us towards PR .. And it was signed by both of them my mother and father (they have shown some joint FD's with me) .. So now would this be okay.?? Please help! Thanks in advance .

as per my knowledge: Affidavit will not be considered by CIC. You can get these funds transferred to your account as primary applicant's spouse bank certificate is acceptable.

NO.. This would not be OK.. Don't take chance against this... Whatever is written in CIC guide just follow that.. Do not assume this.. If this can work with parents then why not with friends...
May be some consultant can say that yes you can do as they will be able to make money but....

Dear Forum Friends,

Whom do i connect with if the 3 line in ECAS is not updated after 15 days after uploading of medicals online in ECAS

Medicals done in Mumbai on November 22 -2014 and Hospital authorities say they have already uploaded the medical results online on November 25-2014...
Hospital authorities say they have to upload the results within 2 days of conducting the test and they have done that...

Hospital authorities further say In case if CIC has any issues they will directly connect with me to redo the medicals.
I have not got an request either from CIC nor any third line update in ECAS

I have submitted the Right to land fees, medical invoice, PCC and passport pages photocopy to NDVO on November 28-2014 and the courier reached NDVO on 3-Dec-2014 ....

Eagerly waiting for the update in ECAS

I see Nov 22 a problem. Many of us reported that it has been so many days but no update on ECAS. Looks like either their system was down and they lost the communication or something. there is something wrong going on Nov 22 for EMedicals Did anyone got ECAS updates done on Nov 22?.[/size][/size][/size][/size][/size][/size][/size][/size][/size][/size][/size][/size][/size][/size]
