No ECA YET ...Can I Apply?
Dear Seniors,
I cant apply to FSWP 2014 as I don't have my ECA yet from CES University of Toronto. My expected date of receiving the ECA is sometime in January as CES is frustratingly slow and apparently an application is invalid and will be rejected without it as per Instrauctions.
Apparently, FSWP ends on 31 Dec, 2104.
Can I send my application to CIC without my ECA from The University of Toronto and write a note to CIC saying I am still awaiting my ECA. I can attach my Receipt of payment from CES - UoToronto along with my emails and their reply to me stating that I am in the queue.
DO you think this would work or I should not bother?
Please help as I am very upset about missing the deadline.

I am very much confused now. I saw all the later Aug2173 and the other Sep2173 are returned due to Cap full. But why I got reply from CIC that my Sep4 2173 was deemed incomplete and returned? Does that mean CIC also run Completeness Check even the occupation has already been capped? So they also run all the initial process including assigning UCI number to those applications before they are returned?
Not at all dear ... I am tooo much worried about my case (Negative thoughts coming in my mind.. i don't know why).. just thinking to reapply under Express Entry ...

Can anyone please confirm if prior appointment is mandatory at PSK office is mandatory for PCC or one can walkin to PSK and get it done?
I am in process to apply for PCC at Bangalore, PSK office but no slot is available for appointment in Dec.

Yes brother there are several cases. You can find them in the Global SS. What I have learnt so far is that, first they check if your application is complete or not. If its complete then they charge you and evaluate your points. If you don't get 67 they issue NER.

Its quite possible as Completeness check is done ahead of charging (CC/DD) or processing PER mails.
Given the volumes they handle it is difficult for Completeness checking team to know on real-time basis if 1000 PER is processed or not. So unless they update the Cap page with 1000,,, they will keep checking pending Applications for Completeness check 8)

I am 20 Aug 2014 applicant I use Demand Draft from SABB bank and want to check it is encashed or not, I went to branch who issued DD, upon checking the agent said it Seems not encashed he is not sure, Is there any one have SABB Demand Draft and got confirmation from them, I also email them but no reply. Do any one have same situation?

Hey everybody I have an important question and I hope there is no need to be concerned. I sent my application on November 27th from Germany and since December 1st my application got stuck at customs office. I have no idea why because it is just a letter. Did some of you have the same experience? Or is this unusual? I mean I tracked the letter on the German post website and I was also able to track it on the Canada Post website. But I am a little worried because of the customs office, what are they doing with my application? Do I have to be concerned that my application won't reach the CIC? I mean I don't know if they will just open the letter and take everything out. What if they lose some documents? :'(
