I can imagine that. As far as I know, CIO currently has no time machine to jump from Dec 6 to Dec 19.

Guys, Is it okay to send the application within 2-3 days ? :// ... Because I am reading the comments like ... The only applications they are going to accept will be those, which will get CC/DD charged before 19-12-2014 :/ ... Is it true ? Because , I guess they've mentioned that they will accept the applications they will receive before 1/12/2015 ... Not those only , which will get cashed by 1st of Jan 2015 ... Right ??? ?

I understand what you said, but my concern is not about profession change,
i was NOC2133 for 6 years in my country, and then 1 year for NOC2174(in Canada), now i'm back to my country still working under NOC2133.
The discrepancy is in my resume that i submitted 1 year ago in order to apply for NOC2174 job in Canada, in that resume, my title was NOC2133, but i stressed on duties of NOC2174.
Now in the letter of reference i submitted to apply for FSWP, my title is still NOC2133, and it stresses on duties of NOC2133 as well.
my concern is when my case goes to local visa office, does the immigration officer check all the documents i submitted before and find in my resume that i did a lot of work in NOC2174?
because to qualify for immigration, the applicant shall spend a significant amount of time doing jobs under the NOC he applies. i'm afraid that discrepancy may jeopardize my entire application.

I am not able to give you a real answer because I could be wrong and I don't want to be the source of wrong information. I wrote what I believed...
Let pass your question to a more experienced member of the forum. They might have a better understanding of how VO officers works and what they look for in an application.
Anyway there is nothing you can do now, just wait to see how everything goes.

It's pretty strange. Normally they would reattempt within a week. Are you sure they hadn't?

Relax, they will be accepting applications until the end of the year. Of course many applicants will be charged on 2015. Send your application but do it ASAP.

It is supposed to remain the same, but sometime they cannot find it in their database and issue a new #.
CAS will let you in only after data entry. In my case it took place on the per day.
