I sent my application on 29th Aug and it might have reached somewhere around 4 or 5th Sept, however, ihave not received any reply. I sent the fee through DD Mode. When can I expect a reply, please?

3)DD must reach before the deadline...
I will suggest you to send dd as soon as you can...don't wait for deadline..
4)opt for best courier...like dtdc,dhl etc...
