Hello All,

Congratulations to all who got their CC/DD charged, PER and MR request !

I think my below question has already asked by someone, but thought of confirming with you all before sending my MR documents.

I did MR and got e-tracking forms which I will be including in the package
Other documents I am including in the package are request letter from NDVO, PCC, RPRF receipt and passport copies

• Have I missed any other document to include?
• I am planning to send the package with Bluedart or do I have to send with normal post, as it is PO box number address?
• How to have tracking enabled as this package is delivered and received by NDVO representative?

It has been more than two weeks since I got my UCI through cic customer service, since then I have been trying to login but system was not finding information about my application. Suprisingly, today morning I logged-in and it says "In Process" "We received your application for permanent residence on 25, August 2014"
Waiting for the golden email.

Could you please tell us if you paid by DD or CC? and what is your NOC?

You got rejection after CC charge and CIC mentioned in email that your application was "Incomplete"?
I dont get it, If your application was incomplete then why they charged you in the first place? I thought they charge you only after completeness check!

I am of the view that NOC 1212 is on d less priority list of the CIC. I av not seen any 1212 for Sep being charged, CC/DD. Anyway, i am Sep 4th and my file is in queue for initial review according to the mail i received fro CIC on Nov 17th. Hopefully my DD is cashed but there is not how i can confirm.

Any Sep applicant for 1212 that has been charged?

If your payment method is CC, you should contact CIC immediately...if the payment term is DD, you should hear some thing within next weeks. In the mean time, try to check the status of your DD with your bank...

Dear Friends,

I'm sending my application this week, no time left for me, Please advise me on the following questions:

1 - Do I have to include all small travel trips in the personal history and address section in the Background Declaration,, will be pain cus I travelled alot last 5 years?Yes,you have to mention those trips once they were outside your country or place of residence please

2- Will my wife bank account will be considered for the settlement funds?Yes,it will be considered

3- I'm studnet in Canada now, In case my application failed, does it affect my study permit renewal in the future??,, you now in Generic Application Form they ask you if you apply to stay in Canada permanently or you have rejection in any application in the past.-It will not affect your study permit.Please be positive.

4- Both me and my wife eligible to apply,, my points are 69, her points are 70. we could not decide if one of the applications better than the other,, Can We submit 2 independence files, In case one didn't make it So we have another chance,, Or there is a role for couple to apply one application ??Submit 2 applications to increase your chances pls.

5- I'm applying for the NOC 2145, "Petroleum Engineer", I do have 4 years experience as a Petroleum Engineer, but my education background not the same, its Engineering though, but its Electrical Engineering, I switch my career after graduation,, Is that gonna make issue with the VO evaluation.-No,as evaluation has not bearing on your current work designation.

You have got everything needed to send in the package bro so don't worry about additional documents.

Use blue dart and don't write the p o box number on the address, by this you can track the order and it will reach chc safely. Write ur App. No. And UCI no. on the package and.send it. Best of luck
