captainsully said:Dear friends,
I have received my request for PCC, medical and RPRF. However, I recently realized that I have mistakenly mentioned "NO" to 6D "Schedule A", whereas I was refused a US visa 2 years ago. I totally mentioned "NO" inadvertently/by mistake as I missed that 6D mentions other countries as well.
Is there a way out to the situation now? I feel like writing an email to LVO, apologize on error and request them to allow me to send new Schedule A along with PCCs and RPRF. Will that be successful?
Does this mean that my visa application will be rejected even after letting them know now?
Anxiously waiting for your kind responses.
Thanks,
Sully

In the, Supplementary Information – Your travels (IMM 5562) form ... There is no place to sign the document ... Should I sign at the bottom along with the date or leave it as it is ? As it is mentioned in the checklist that you must sign the forms along with the date ... Seniors please advice ...
But wont it create a problem.lets suppose they do a random check on my file and come to know from my employer that i am not working anymore..So they should have the info of the latest employer...manila_kbj said:You can do it during mr stage.

If there is no place to sign that means they don't require your signature and your are not supposed to sign it.rebell said:Seniors advice ..
