NEED HELP..
I applied on JUne...got PER in OCT....got married in JULY...I had updated NDVO about my marriage and they replied to send some updated forms, certificates etc.....Now have confusion on:,
1. Demand Draft shall be issued in the name of " RECEIVER GENERAL OF CANADA" or WHOM??
2. Where shall I send the document..to NDVO in DELHI, INDIA or to CIO???
3. I got married legally on documents as we couldnot marry ritually due to death of grandmother on July itself and should wait one more year....now what sort of photos and of what Qty. should I send them???
what other docs are needed besides marriage certificate for marriage proof?

i too got my PER on 7th october and 2nd line update on 15 nov.. so far no MR

I agree completely. But, it will only be for sake of trying.

You both are very true on your part.

My few cents : it is better to try rather to surrender. To the best of my knowledge what best he can do is to wait till 19th or 20th and try getting ECA from Univ. Toronto. If success he is good to go and if not then he still should send his file (with the receipt for ECA and a cover letter stating his reason for not including ECA) and later on send ECA as addendum.

The applications which are through completeness check are counted towards the CAP .. Presently mid august applicants are Receiving PER and lastest CC charged yesterday was 24th Sept .. And October applicants completeness check is going on maybe around last week october applicants ..

Is it must to submit traffic history??

I had applied for my Australian PCC as i had resided there from Mar 2008 to July 2009. I don remember submitting anything for Traffic History just a few documents were uploaded to get that 100 points if i remember correctly and then as to why i require a PCC.

In my case my PCC check was completed in matter of few hours and i got a message stating the same. However, please note that it will take come time for it to reach you if you in India cos they send it by Australia Post.

My suggestion if you waiting for your MR then get this asap so that when your Visa office asks for it you can submit it.

The Comprehensive Ranking System ranks eligible candidates for immigration to Canada through Express Entry under the following components:

core human capital factors;
accompanying spouse of common-law partner factors;
skill transferability factors; and
factors relating to a provincial nomination or a qualifying offer of arranged employment.

There are a total of 1,200 points available under the Comprehensive Ranking System.

For candidates without an accompanying spouse or common-law partner, there are:
a maximum of 500 points available for core human capital factors;
a maximum of 100 points available for skill transferability factors; and
600 points available for either a provincial nomination of a qualifying offer of arranged employment.

For candidates with an accompanying spouse or common-law partner, there are:
a maximum of 460 points available for core human capital factors of the principal applicant;
a maximum of 40 points for the core human capital factors of the spouse or common-law partner;
a maximum of 100 points available for skill transferability factors; and
600 points available for either a provincial nomination of a qualifying offer of arranged employment.

As per SS

Last DD Encashed Date on 1st December which received on 3rd September (aaronwishes)
Last PER Upon DD Encashment on 3rd December which Received on 8th August (leydikat) and 11 aug (GH)

Last CC Charged Date on 3rd December which received on 24th September (dsmalhan, Just updating) and 16th September(dubaiexpat)
Last PER Upon CC Charge on 3rd December which Received on 13th August (Martin, regulous)


Here I am 15th Aug DD Applicant. No Update Yet..
