Dear Seniors,

I am getting desperate here... please help. I want to apply before the 31st December deadline - all my documents are ready except my ECA. My CC was charged on 23rd September by University of Toronto CES for my ECA - CES received my docs from my University on 30th September and no reply since then. They don't pick up phones as it goes directly to voicemail. They also haven't replied to my emails. I am getting desperate as FSW 2014 ends on 31st December. Should I just send my application with a receipt of my ECA from CES and tell them that I am still waiting to receive an ECA and will send it to them as soon as I receive it? will they accept my application or reject it?
Please advise.

ECA report in ORIGINAL is MANDATORY. Your application will be returned without it.

Those who got PER on 20 October have got Medicals???


Medical, PCC generally come when ?? in how many days ?? after ECAS second line status updated that file processing started on this date ....

Please friends help me out???

What is the PCC fees for passport suvidha center... and if we get PCC from local Police station?????

Both are ok ???

i got PER on 9th Oct and still no MR so no logic to issuances of these requests.

Now you cant go to PS for PCC as it has becme an online system. They take 250 only.

At PSK it is 500.

Just send your package without the eca then later on once eca is available send it as an addendum...

Since you need 2-3 months before completeness check by that time you have your eca attached to your file by addendum...



But no one knows if they will accept it or not

This is better than doing nothing... Try your alternatives

Anyone has downloaded the latest document checklist form which has 10-2014 ??
When I download the latest document checklist form from CIC its showing only 08-2014. I need to send my application package. This form is the only thing pending. pls share me the 10-2014 form , if anyone has it. thanks

I had applied on the June 16th and file came back on 20th Oct stating that payment decline. re submitted the file within a week time. My file reached on the 29th October. When can i expect payment deduction. And also which month they are charging the credit card.

COMMON DEAR WHAT MAKES YOU THINK UNSIGNED..WHEN CIC CLEARLY MENTIONED UNSIGNED WILL BE TREATED AS INCOMPLETE...SO SIGN IT...ENJOY..

But now, I will print, sign, scan then send them by email as requested.

Another thing, they also asked for some details about my employer: like number of branches, number of employees, organizational hierarchy, ... is that normal?

Actually they accepted ECA addendums before in some cases. But it's 50/50

Boss, You are correct but ECA addendum were for additional info only.
But you still have to send 1 original copy whne you send your app.

Dear,
Without ECA reort your application will be considered as incomplete and will be returned. Try harder to communicate with the University. But why you have selected Toronto University, WES (World Education Services) is highly recommended and they are more active and fast. I got my WES within 19 days by WES.
Do not skip your ECA report, try to contact them again and again.

YOU ARE GOING GOOD BY FILLING THE FORM, SIGNING, SCAN AS PDF AND THEN EMAIL THEM...

WELL ITS NOT NORMAL BECAUSE VERY FEW APPLICANT SHARED ON FORUM THAT NDVO ASKED FOR THEIR RESUME OR SOMETHINGS LIKE UR CASE. BUT IF THEY ARE DEMANDING, WE HAVE TO PROVIDE THEM. GO AHEAD...SEND THEM THE DATA REQUIRED BY THEM AND SEND DATA TRUE TO UR KNOWLEDGE. THERE IS NOTHING TO WORRY.

I got my PER on 9th OCt and got 2nd line update today which says ' processing started on 1st Dec'

Hoping to get MR in 10 days now.
