Once you receive PER, send your local VO amended form.

It happened to me as well. My consultant did not ask me to provide the travel details and he simply did not include our travel details in the form.
I had travelled to Singapore (2002) and U.K (2012) for 3 months and 1 month respectively. Now done with medicals.
Dont know if this affects the process.?
Any idea for Gopu or any other seniors?

I spoke to them. They said wait for PPR, then we would send an amendment and cover letter along with passport saying it was overlooked as we thought travel details are required only for duration more than 6+ months...

I kept having that issue too , you might need to clear cache on your computer

When I open the document checklist document its showing as 08-2014 only. Can anyone provide me the link or document checklist form of Oct 2014 which has 10-2014 in the form. I need to send my application package with this new form. Pls help

I wonder how a consultant did this mistake - is he even ICCRC authorized - does he know anything on IRPA rules ?

your consultant is careless -

assuming ur consultant is authroized by iccrc to represent cases - ignorance of attaching travel history will be treated as serious failure

for applicant - you will be asked to provide the info - this wont hurt per - neither it causes rejections unless u have a legal case or overstay etc.....

Terki - He accepted his mistake. At the same time he said before they find it by themselve we would send an apology and amended form with cover letter mentioning some good excuses. My only worry is how will I be affected due to his negligence. Should I foresee a rejection of my application?
I am worried after reaching this stage... :-\
