I do not think that address will affect CC Charge.

For those of you that think Canada will stop calling people without a job offer, look at these numbers:

- 47,000 to 51,000 will come through the federal skilled worker class and the federal skilled trades class combined.
- 21,000 to 23,000 skilled workers through the Canadian experience class.

That's twice almost twice as much as FSW. FSW + FST = 30k applicants.

In my onion if its 31dec dec tht clearly means dey will b accepting the file till tht tym .. and it hardly matters the officers r on leave or wht as dey also know the dates so post boxes r dere and as per me its a immigration office in which gaurd is supposed to b present .. so dnt wrry pray to god and go ahead .. wish u best of luck

address has nothing to do, however i have a question if anyone knows, are CIO use website portal for credit charge or they are using a machine like those at POS.
even for POS machines they can set the verification option to use cvv and zipcode , however i dont think that if they are using machine not webportal they can charge without zipcode which isnot filled in the form??
anyone knows which way they use ????? fianance experts

Not a problem buddy. Difference in billing address did not affect my CC charging. I just got charged last week.
The best thing your friend can do is to ensure that the international transaction limit is enough for your fee and to notify the bank of the upcoming charge from CIC.

my friend, do you know cic use webportal or POS machine, cause my bank informed me if they are using it like internet transaction so its okay, however if its offline transaction it mightnot get thru, the big problem is that they can't define the term offline transaction

i have heard that canadian govt is changing for anyone to apply for citizenship from 3 years to 4 years. Anyone has an official link which confirms this? when does it become effective? If someone has PR Card before that will they be effected?
