Passport Request Received this morning, I was too busy in office to update.

NOC: 1112
App Sent: May 02
App Rcvd: May 07
CC Charged: June 23rd
PER Received: Aug 07
Additional Documents Request (RPRF etc.): Oct 15
Medical Request: Oct 16
Medical Done: Oct 27
Additional Documents Sent: Oct 27
RPRF Payment: Online via Credit Card (Sent receipt via additional documents)
Additional Documents Received: Oct 29
Passport Request Email Received: Dec 02

Visa Office: London
Country from where Sent: Pakistan


In passport request, they have mentioned that the visa will be valid till my Medical Date. I have been given 30 days to submit passport + 2 recent pics of myself and family members + Updated Information Sheet (was also asked in additional documents).

They have asked me to submit Passport at Islamabad, Canadian Office via Post.

I know the ambassador, I may call him and have it delivered to him instead, if he says that is fine. Perhaps tomorrow.

Hi Folks,

I have a small doubt to clarify. Does anyone have any experience as to the reaction/decision of VO as regards new passport in the event of a lost one.

mine was stolen and I had to apply for a reissuance.

please comment, advise, react etc.

This shouldn't impact your application at all. its normal to renew/reissue your passport at any point

There was an applicant from August 18th that had their application returned. And one from 12th that was charged.

So 2173 capped somewhere along those dates.

I used the CC information of my friend. He told me a different address from the address he had given to the bank, does it mean I won't be charged? Can he do something for me regarding this problem for example calling the bank and changing the address to address he gave to me?

I do not think that address will affect CC Charge.

If I am not wrong 12th aug was charged before cap reached 1000....anyhow, I am way behind in queue.....now, awaiting my packet to be returned.

There was an applicant from August 18th that had their application returned. And one from 12th that was charged.
