Inform them now, raise a CSE with your local VO. They will reply back asking for details and documents of your spouse, by the time they will reply you can be ready with all documents and forms updation.

This way, they will have all info upfront and you both will get MR together

Thanks TangoCharlie, seems to be the ideal outcome for us However I am confused about following

1. I am waiting for my Marriage certificate, should i wait for atleast that and raise a CSE with attachment of the marriage certificate (as evidence) or just send a CSE without any attachment mentioning change in my marital status and intention to add spouse?

2. Previously few seniors advised me to wait for 15 odd days after PER and then raise a CSE as LVO will be getting my case within that time-frame.

One more guess for delay in issuing PPR is the EBOLA.. I guess many of us have read MI..ministerial instruction 13.... Go and read MI 12 i guess whch says to put on hold of issuing visa for ebola hit countries.. may be thats the reason for the delay... ab koi ye na likhna ke how those 2 got PPR or how 2013 are getting.. I just said its a guess and can be a reason...

my bank informed me that they donot accept offline transaction for credit cards charges upon asking about what term offline mean they informed me its charging card on a machine without cvv2
im confused and worried as one customer care officer told me that the offline payment is the card not present transaction even with the cvv2, another bank officer informed me that offline transaction on credit cards are those without cvv2 electronic communication with the bank and those without the cvv2 are rejected.
anyone can clear these information i will be gratefull

Please seniors I am really in need of some advices:

Is it true that CIC will not accept applications in January 2015?

I applied on Oct 10. If there is any problem with my application and CIC returns it after January, will I be able to reapply? If not, doesn't that seem too harsh? I mean, let's say someone sent all the documents (IELTS, Reference letters, ECA, etc) but simply forgets to sign something and his application is sent back past or on January. This person simply can't reapply?

I am quite sure the NOC I applied to won't be filled but I could have applied to another one as well. Should I just go ahead and send another application just to be sure?

Though I am not a senior, but wish to reply..

I think currently completeness check for 25-30 October applications is on, and believe yours is already done. This is a wild guess, and I like to make it as I am also an October applicant...

Jokes apart, I think for small issues CIC will not reject application and they will give some time and a chance to submit the missing documents even after Dec 31st.

Yes, but if there is a complete rejection, for example due to non-match of NOC duties, then I do not think there is any second chance now within current program..

I am in the same boat of anxiety as you are in, and now I have a solution..!! I will not think about FSW 2014 for next 15 days.. I think this will help me focus in my current job.

Don't worry mate. Just ensure the following:-

1. International transaction is enabled for your credit card.
2. Should have required available credit limit.
