Prayer madam,

There are lots of "ifs"and "buts" r there for this discussion.

We all are on the same hope that from 2015, process is changing and once NDVO start raining PPRs, all the email servers and courier guys wll be over loaded.

But we also have to keep in mind that there are numorous holidays NDVO guys wll be observing this month due Christmas.!

So, now do the math ... how many days left for NDVO guys to work and how many PPRs they have to sent..!!!

What you said, makes absolute sense to me. But, what I think is may be they will clear 2014 fast as the process is changing from 2015.

Hi 2172 guyzz... can anyone of you plzz share the Job responsibilities framed for the application which has been accepted. Actually I am working as DB analyst from an year or so but still I donot work as DB admin. So do I need to include both the job responsibilities?

while it is difficult to make sense of the backlog logic, one needs to remember that PPR was sent along with Medicals last year and may be that is the reason why 1 year validity started from the time medical was done. Maybe this time around, if the backlog builds up again, they may start the 1 year landing limit from passport request date... Maybe folks who have already received their visa (only 3 from NDVO) can comment??

One more guess for delay in issuing PPR is the EBOLA.. I guess many of us have read MI..ministerial instruction 13.... Go and read MI 12 i guess whch says to put on hold of issuing visa for ebola hit countries.. may be thats the reason for the delay... ab koi ye na likhna ke how those 2 got PPR or how 2013 are getting.. I just said its a guess and can be a reason...

Please seniors I am really in need of some advices:

Is it true that CIC will not accept applications in January 2015?

I applied on Oct 10. If there is any problem with my application and CIC returns it after January, will I be able to reapply? If not, doesn't that seem too harsh? I mean, let's say someone sent all the documents (IELTS, Reference letters, ECA, etc) but simply forgets to sign something and his application is sent back past or on January. This person simply can't reapply?

I am quite sure the NOC I applied to won't be filled but I could have applied to another one as well. Should I just go ahead and send another application just to be sure?
