it is not asking for your singnature anywhere.

but make sure to double check for signature requirements on all your documents.

if you miss a signature, application will be returned for sure.

Guide 7000 Will be a good reference to start and fill applocation.

The place of birth in my passport is different from it is mentioned in the birth certificate.
Both the places are situated side by side and within the same district.
Is this going make any difference???
Please let me know what supporting document I should provide for the above discrepancy.

I would advise that you submit details on your passport as it is the most important document to be considered. In order to avoid discrepancy...you can submit affidavit (by you and your parents) stating your date of birth and that the birth certificate is not there and the 10th marksheet shall be considered as date of birth.....there is a standard format for that...

What is the validity of HDFC demand draft? 3 months or 6 months? I am worried if it is 3 months what If it didn't get encashed with in 3 months?

Please check the photocopy of the draft, if the validity is not written then it is 6 months.....you can check with HDFC also....
