Hello friends. ...i just received my cc charge sms which says -Rs.76114.49 was spent on ur HDFCBank CREDIT Card on 2014-11-30:23:50:03 at CITIZENSHIP & IMM FS.

is this the beneficiary for cic- citizenship & imm fs ?

Noc : 4214...early childhood educator. ....my wife was the main applicant
File Received on 15th sep...

Seniors when can i expect my per mail...and tentatively by what time can i fly (if all goes well)☺☺☺☺

Well...i dont think so that missing travel details form is equal to non-eligibility. My friend go the package back just because his agent missed to attach that form.

Not to scare you or anyone else.. they are very particular about the forms and checklist.

first of all, i'm sorry to hear the case of your friend. Hope he's re-submitted again with proper documents.
But in the Checklist, if your friend has checked YES on travel form, it means this document shall be in there. otherwise CIO has legal concerns about the application(whose responsibility it is if this form is missing, CIC is protecting itself by returning your application to avoid possible legal litigation).
Besides, it is solid ground to return the application if travel form is missing, because CIC has clearly mentioned that this form shall be submitted. As there is information CIC is specifically asking from an applicant. it's completely different from missing the cover page where there's no information related to the applicant.
That's my understanding.

Who is the primary applicant - You or your husband?
Regarding PCC - Since, it has been issued within Sierra Leone...No worries at all, it is acceptable but should not be more than 6 months old.
Since he is still employed so there is no issue at all.....if he would have been unemployed also but with experience of 1 year full time...then also no issues....The only issue I van see that there can be delay in processing of application as he has travelled to an Ebola affected country.....Please refer Ministerial Instruction No.13

Thanks Ratan for your concern. I am the primary applicant. I am worried now if this can affect PER issuance as I am expecting it the next couple of days. I am thinking of maybe inquiring and at the same time informing the CIO thru email about this issue, or maybe I would call, kindly advise pls....God bless you

You should just wait and see for now. I hope (and believe) that you will get PER since PER is based on whether you are eligible for FSW application or not. I think that CIC's ban on EBOLA stricken countries applies only at the VO-stage, which is after PER. You can contact the visa office a week or two after getting PER and when you have your UCI and application number.

There have been numerous speculation about this in the past. But the real answer is, NOONE knows right now. Until CIC specifically addresses this issue any answer would be plain speculation. My opinion is that CIC will continue this program until April, but I could be wrong and CIC could just stop accepting applications after December.

I agree with Namaste...You should definitely get PER mail....As mentioned in the notification the final decision will be taken by the Visa Officer....The minimum period of stay in EBOLA FREE country shall be 90 days...If your husband does not travel till then....I think there shall not be any issues.....You shall submit his last travelling details to VO after getting UCI no.....
