1. Do I need to attach paspot size photograph of all my family members?
2. Do I need to add dependent in form imm0008ENU_2D?

Dependents are spouse and children only. Parents and siblings are not included in it.

You simply need to ignore the forms which do not apply to you. You do not need to include them at all.

family member means your wife and children. If you have wife/children then yes, you have to attach photos.

Is it certain that, for those candidates who's Ecas 2nd line added are most likely to get Med request? Do they update the 2nd line after deciding to send MR??

Nopes
Second line strictly means "They are reviewing the application". However, there are good chances of getting MR post that if you have come this far. However, there are cases where rejection has come from VO after second line update.

Just Found eCAS status changed to Decision Made. Hope Almighty Allah will help to get the VISA very soon
