Kindly provide clarity on 2 quick queries:-

1) My Medical Centre is Emedical centre, so while sending documents back to NDVO after medicals, do i need to send back the Medical filled form to NDVO or just the receipt of medicals completion( which i will get from MAX hospital) ??

2) I am sending Bank Draft for RPRF of INR 26,700, can you tell me in whose favor draft must made??

Kindly as soon as possible, so that i can take necessary actions.

1) Purpose
2) Certificate Required By

For first, I am selecting Immigration from the list. What should I write in second field? Canada OR something more specific.

Its a typo error, so you can get the medicals done with her name as per passport and submit a request to correct the name with other documents.

Received my PER on the 4th of October and still no news regarding the MR..looks like the LVO is slowing down..or maybe there's something wrong with my application..

Anyone else with the same timelines as mine?
