Hi Gurus/Seniors,

Kindly provide clarity on 2 quick queries:-

1) My Medical Centre is Emedical centre, so while sending documents back to NDVO after medicals, do i need to send back the Medical filled form to NDVO or just the receipt of medicals completion( which i will get from MAX hospital) ??

2) I am sending Bank Draft for RPRF of INR 26,700, can you tell me in whose favor draft must made??

Kindly as soon as possible, so that i can take necessary actions.

U should send the receipt of ur medicals which is given by the hospital.

U should make ur DD in favour of Canadian High Commission payable at New Delhi.

The timeline seems to be very variable. May I ask you where you're from? Does it take time for background checks etc?

Hi guys

I have a question. I want to use the 5 points for my aunt who lives in Canada. For proof of relationship, I need to send the certified translation of her birth certificate. I only have a scanned copy of the translation which she sent me by email. Is it ok? Because somewhere in the guide it says that has to be the original translation, but in the checklist it says copy.

I am from Pakistan and definitely LVO will take its sweet time to complete BG checks specially for Pakistani applicants,

However, if you look at the SS, you will find out that majority of those who have received MR from LVO up till now are:

1- From 21XX (IT, Technical, Mechanical) NOCs
2- Residing in Middle East

To sum it up, the NOCs which are already filled are apparently being processed by LVO on priority basis while the rest of NOCs are put on back burner.

I am personally expecting some update In Sha ALLAH by first week of Jan 2015.

Hi Mantum1, I guess we are all used to being scolded ... Jokes apart, you can ask a separate letter (on company letterhead) from accounts stating your salary is xx for the past 3/6 months and the reason for no payslip (that you are paid in cash).

my reference letter has already been made. if I want to modify it my employer will surely scold me . as the pay slips are not been made yet I can request them for those to the account section. now is it possible to show my 3 month salary in 3 letterhead with the sign of the account manager or it need to be on any voucher

I am also paid in cash and I submitted a computer generated salary slips which dont require any signature or stamp.and they were noy on letter head. ....and I hv received my PER....hope this info helps you. .......I am waiting for background checks to happen so that I receive my MR asap......god bless us all....... :-X

I guess that the time taken depends upon individual VOs too (workloads etc). Well I satisfy both those points that you've mentioned and I don't think that it matters much. There's not much one can do apart from wait and hope for the best.

I have applied under NOC 3012 registered nurse whose cap has reached to 613. My application was received on Nov 25. However currently I am working as head nurse whose responsibility match with category of nurse supervisor (NOC 3011). My agent didn't guided me appropriately and sent my applicant under NOC 3012. Although I also have experience under this category but its cap has reached 613 in comparison to NOC 3011 whose cap has reached 16 only.
Is there any way to Change NOC after sending applicantion. Secondly guide me if I should get into changing NOC or should continue with same? What are the chances of getting in cap if I continue with NOC 3012?

since sep,oct and almost all nov applicants are ahead of you ,i think it wud be difficult for u be in the cap for 3012 .so better option is to apply for 3011 asap

Hi Friends,

One of my friends applied for the NOC 1114 last week and his file has been successfully received.

As per the current designation (Senior Executive - Operations) , he has submitted the reference letter signed and attested by HR.But now his company has stated that all the designations would be revised and updated
Company has not informed the effective date but it would be tentively in March/April 2015..

Can you please guys help my friend would there be any impact to his application..At which phase of the processing, employment verification will be done?
