Hi Paricanada, hopefully you had signed a contract while signing up a consultant for your application, have you gone through the contract papers to see if there is any clause about you cancelling the representation and what would they do??

I am sure if you have paid in half, then there must be a clause that he might take you to court for infringement of contract which may hurt you later.

Don't act like amateurs and first take a cool breath to decide what next.

Thanks,
TD

Hi

Thanks first of all to reply me...

No we have not signed any contract..

It is just I gave him docs and money and he sent to CIC with His email ID and mailing address of his office...

So I feel I just need to updadte my address and email ID with informing CIC that I am no longer with my agent ...

IMM5476 has provision to cancel him from my case..

At last I will say you that NO CONTRACTS SIGNED AT ALL!!!1

Yes, in that case, you can go ahead and cancel the representative by raising a CSE and informing them that from now onwards please direct all communication to this new email address XYZ@xyz.com instead of existing one.

All the best for taking the step to be raise voice against insjustice :D

Hi Friends,

Docs sent on 18 Nov with DD of Rs 53400 for me and my spouse.

As of 29 Nov - DD is not encashed yet though 3rd line was updated 19 Nov..

Dear friends,
I'm Spet 5 applicant, Noc 2281, PM: DD, SGVO

I have submitted 2 PCCs
PCC 1: UK
Issue date: June 15, 2014
PCC 2: BD
Issue date: Aug 10, 2014

Q1: Will it be any problem as every PCC is valid for 3 months and I'm still on the que to get my application to be charged?

Q2: Do I have to resubmit PCC?

Thanks in advance.

Hey I posted my application yesterday!

I just realised my employment reference letters are on official letterheads, signed by the directors but not dated or stamped.

Can I send them another copy or an email with the scans?

Please help. Thanks
Hi, I don't think it's a problem,
on CIC checklist, it never said letter should be dated, and stamp is only optional.
check CIC checklist for details.
I myself sent LoR without being dated, I already got PER.

***Need urgent Help***

Does anyone knows how to cancel an application after receiving PER and claim for REFUND?

Please help....

Hello All,

Just received PER mail forwarded by Consultant dated 27th Nov. My app details are given below:

App received : 5th Aug
DD encash: 13th Nov (as per PER)
PER: 27th Nov

Will update the SS in morning IST time...

I have one small doubt. I have applied with wife....so should we have 2 UCI numbers (1 for me and 1 for wife)?

This forum and its members are always in my prayers....

Thanks.... ;D

there is one entry in ss for 13 Aug which app is returned due to cap full in 2173. is it real? does it mean that game is over for all application after Aug 12?
