Dear members,

My application received at 30/07/2014 with NOC-4011 and I did not get any PER e-mail from CIC. However my friends application received on the same day(30/07/14) his DD encashed on 11/11/2014 and he got PER e-mail on 25/11/2014 with the same NOC-4011. Anyway my application is not returned back in my country. My question is that " WHY DID NOT I GET PER E-MAIL ???" Can any one please answer my question??

My application was received on the same day too with the same Noc and my DD encashed on 19/11/2014. waiting for per. Hope it helps.

Hi KS,

Your profile bar shows File transferred on Nov 17 and medical recvd Nov 18. My question is since NDVO does not send AOR emails, how did you figure out that your file was transferred on 17th Nov.

MY PROCESS Started line says nov 17 and medical recieved on nov 18.
hope it helps... :)

There could be some time difference of upto 7 - 10 days. hence wait for a week or two.

meanwhile you can send a email to cic at CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca

Thank you Houstoncontrol for your information.

does it mean CIC would consider to give per only after DD is encashed? then I wonder if CC applicant is faster than a DD applicant? thank you.

There are 4 steps involved:

1. Completeness check - checking all required docs, forms are present and duly signed
2. Charging processing fee
3. Eligibility review - Checking if the applicant is able to score 67 or more points on the basis of information & supporting docs provided
4. PER - Sending PER mail

Whatever be the payment mode, all the applications have to go through the above mentioned steps. Its just that you get to know immediately if your cc is charged and DD cashing takes longer time compared to CC.

However, mode of payment doesn't affect the time involved in receiving PER. Applicants with any of the two payment modes receive PER more or less at the same time.

Hope it helped clear some confusion.

If you have already a UCI then you can send another copy dated and stamped referencing your UCI. If you don't, then I would encourage sending a whole new package since the one you sent yesterday more than 90% will get rejected.

How do I send an application without the original IELTS? I have a copy only

If you look at the spreadsheet, there is almost 24 days (Maximum) difference between en-cashing applications which is received on a same day.

Your friend and u used same bank DDs?

All the best.

Hi all,

I received my PER yesterday. A big relief.

NOC: 2171
App date: 7th August
Cc charged: 10th November
PER: 27th November

Thanks all for your guidance.

You have to ask your test center for a second original. You can do that by submitting the courier's receipt as a proof that you applied for Canada Immigration and hence they are obliged to give you a second original. Or if your test center refused, you can ask for an original to be sent to an education institute where you have someone you know (like if one of your friends is a teaching assistant in some university). they will send the original to this someone and then he gives it to you
