PER Date: 22nd Oct.

I know 2171 is not a topic now but please guys suggestions are valuable.

Got the following reply yesterday (27th Nov) from cic. For my inquiry mail on 8th Oct. My DC charged on 17th Nov, waiting for PER.

I have a problem and hope someone can assist. I am a Sep 23rd applicant NOC 4214. If everything goes well I may get my PER in January 2015. My problem is I am getting my PCC next week. This is just one part that is pending in my application. As we all know PCCs more than 3 months old may have to be reissued. Under normal circumstances if I get the PER in January AOR may follow in February and PCC request may come by March or April or later. In such an instance my PCC becomes lapsed. My question is should I send it to the VO as soon as I get my PER and UCI?

Point to note is I am in another country and this PCC is for the time I stayed in India. As you know it was very difficult to get it organized through the Indian High Commission because I stayed in India in three different locations - Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai. They had to write to the Police offices in these places and wait for their reply and then issue it. I am not sure if I may get it reissued on time if I apply for it again later.

We have seen many exceptions that has been entertained, but seen the opposite also. We were talking about the requirement of translator affidavit as per document checklist.

Advised to enclose so as to be on safer side to avoid any situation if the reviewing officer is nut head.

Thanks vind for the clarification. I dnt know why these cic nutheads make biasness. If anyone gets his file rejected for such reason he/she should deny their decision and case a file mentioning many have got per without affidavit.
