What's the latest time of day to expect PER email? I mean what are CIC working hours?

Hello everybody,

First time I post here...Bad news for me. My consultant just received ner , below it's stated the reasons provided by CIC
1."No points were assigned for a relative in Canada for the following reasons: Sufficient evidence (such as a birth certificate of PAs father/mother showing same parents as .......) was not on file to satisfy me of your relationship (aunt) with ...... Kindly refer to the visa office document checklist for further details"
2."You have not obtained sufficient points to satisfy me that you will be able to become economically established in Canada"
Unfortunately they have misplaced the birth certificate of my father in law that proved relationship and so they awarded only 65 points instead of 70.
My consultant adviced to send a new file, but not sure that we'll manage to fall into cap. What do you think? Application details below:

Reapply again as early as posible with in two days and write a good paragraph including your biography and acchivements
And this time make sure that blood relative documents are in correct order and even use highlighter on names

And if they are 5 pages write on the top page 1 of 5
Then page 2 of 5
Then 3 of 5
Like thua and clip them all
Write a small 3 lines paper hand writing and explain how he or she is ur blood relative it really makes a difference

I know this may not be the right forum to ask this but if any knowledgeable person can give answer to my query


Any View about immigrating to Australia OR Canada ..

Actually I was thinking of immigrating and am extremely confused as to whether immigrate to Australia or Canada and therefore I applied for both ..

Can you plz guide me ... The one real plus point for me moving to Australia is its weather (as i am an Asian and Australian weather suits me)

Looking forward to your response which may be helpful for others as well ...

Individual choice. If weather is what you are looking at, then definitely Australia is a better choice.
Else, all here on this forum will obviously suggest Canada for any and all other reasons.

So finally CIC declared new opening from 1st May -2014.

I have created this thread for helping each other --could be anything-form filling up,POF queries,mental support etc .

Since this year 50 category will be open having a max cap of 1000, so this will bring more opportunity to be a successful applicant for an period.

Wish every of u have a successful dream to live on the land of maple leaf country very soon..

Do they usually send PER/NER emails to consultant email address or applicant address or both?

i dont know its PER or NER bcoz my consultant just told me that you got file number E000XXXXXX


CIC must have sent some mail from which your consultant got that file no. & generally a file no. is accompanied by a UCI no. Why don't you ask your consultant to forward you that mail??? It would surely have some info. regarding if its a PER or NER.

Am sure it will be PER. Check with the consultant...Congrats and +1 to you !!

With latest cc charged of 15th Sep, and me being a 11th Sep 2132 applicant, i think its kind of sinking in that my app. is rejected. My app. was complete, nothing was missing.. Really feeling depressed and lost..

Hold on dear !! Losing hope so early in life ?
